CRISPR and Nanobiosensing for Precision Diagnostics

정밀 진단을 위한 CRISPR 및 나노바이오센싱

We develop CRISPR-enabled and nanomaterial-based biosensing systems for rapid, sensitive, and multiplex detection of disease-associated biomarkers. Our work focuses on amplification-free detection, plasmonic signal enhancement, and multimodal sensing strategies for cancer, infectious disease and food safety diagnostics.​
